Now if he can only find a way to avoid Ed Bighead, a grumpy neighbor who detests Rocko and makes his modern life harder than it needs to be.

Years later, Joe’s love of oddball things inspired Rocko. When on a trip to a zoo, he saw an Australian wallaby oblivious to the chaos around him.
