Despite his lack of common sense, Dudley Puppy finds himself thrust into the role of "hero" when he is recruited by T.U.F.F., the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force. Aided by his smart and sassy partner Kitty Katswell, Dudley fumbles through caper after caper trying to protect Petropolis against D.O.O.M., the Diabolical Order Of Mayhem.
